The recruitment process includes:

• Cooperation with licensed agencies in Indonesia that maintain a database of qualified candidates 
• Preliminary screening and selection of candidates according to the employer’s specific requirements 
• Preparation and processing of work permits and other necessary documentation 
• Organization of workers’ arrival to the Republic of Croatia, including logistics and administration 
• Monitoring the recruitment process and providing support in integration, as well as regulating residence and work status in accordance with Croatian legislation
